RECOMMENDED PRINTING:
Print from PDF on 8.5x11" AstroBright green cardstock (65lbs "cover" or better), preferably both sides with same end up. For flyers, trim margins then cut to final size. It's possible to find two sided copies including cardstock as cheap as $.15/page in volume, barely two cents per flyer. The PDF already includes margins so set scaling to none and print a test to check. Then take stacks to your area bike shops (use the list linked below), and also spread them among your bicyclist friends.
