RECOMMENDED PRINTING:
Print from PDF on 8.5x11", portrait, no scaling. The PDF already includes margins so set scaling to none (100%) and print a test to check. Andrew prints on AstroBright green cardstock, both sides, same end up. Then take stacks to your area bike shops (use the list linked below), and also spread them among your bicyclist friends.
